The Clean Energy Incubator (CEI) was launched in
2001, although its roots go back
much further. In late 1999, the National
Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL) and the
Austin Technology Incubator (ATI)
first conceptualized the idea an incubator that would
increase the speed of
clean-energy technology commercialization. CEI, based on the
proven model and
success of the Austin Technology Incubator, has the leadership and
the community
and industry support that it needs to fulfill its goal:

WindKraft as a HARC Affiliate
Company
WindKraft is affiliated
with the Houston Advanced Research Center (HARC),
The Woodlands, Texas.
HARC is a non-profit organization created
by several Texas universities in conjunction
with regional Texas businesses. HARC
specializes in the transfer of environmental,
energy and emerging technologies
to commercial applications and, through its Affiliate
Program, assist developing
companies.
WindKraft will participate in several
demonstration programs in cooperation with
the HARC Fuel Cell Project.

WindKraft will start a field testing
project for the 1.5 kW model at the Alternative Energy
Institute, WTAMU in
Canyon, Texas.
WindKraft exhibited at the Windy
Land Owners Seminar 2002 at the WTAMU.
WindKraft co-promotes with GREEN MOUNTAIN ENERGY,
Texas
